‘We first contacted Peter & Gini through an exhibition they were running in Bournemouth as we were exploring the possibility of purchasing a retirement property – Peter went to a lot of time and trouble to research the particular requirements we had specified by way of area and budget and he was able to send us a lot of information for us to look at prior to our visit to Cyprus in October 2004 - consequently during that weekend we were able to concentrate on the properties we felt most suitable and by the Monday we had made our decision – he was then able to guide us through negotiating with the developer, setting up an appointment with a solicitor and an introduction to a local bank to open a Cypriot bank account – all before our flight home on Monday afternoon! Since that time both Gini and Peter have been more than helpful in giving further guidance and advice and we have no qualms in thoroughly recommending their services – we have every confidence that they have resourced reputable developers and have given unbiased information and help beyond our expectations.

'We contacted Peter and Gini of SPP Ltd at a very early stage when we did not know what we were looking for in Cyprus; we were considering a holiday home if we down-sized our UK home, or a permanent move to Cyprus. We didn't know Cyprus at all. Peter responded in a very positive way and took careful note of our interests and current situation. He planned our first week in Cyprus to give us a broad view of the country and the various locations that might be to our liking. We met agents and developers and visited properties for sale and projects in build. Within a few days we were beginning to feel 'at home' and our thoughts concentrated on making the move to live in Cyprus permanently. "We first contacted Peter and Gini from Australia,as we were looking for somewhere nice to retire to,if we could find our "Dream Home" After a couple of phone calls Peter sent details of properties he thought might suit us,next arranged to travel to Cyprus for a weeks viewing,on day three found just what we wanted Next day Peter set up meetings with the developer,solicitor and bank,by 4pm all the paperwork was in place We have now moved into our "Dream Home" one month early. During our lifetime we have met many lovely people and to this list we have to add Peter and Gini of signature properties. They have made our recent purchase in Cyprus so much easier by their very caring and understanding nature, they far exceed their duties as property promoters and we have no hesitation in recommending their services to anybody we come into contact with, we cannot thank them enough and count ourselves very fortunate in having followed up their advertisment.
